I set up this page to showcase my real estate projects, just to demonstrate the kind of transformation that’s possible by renovating. As new condo prices keep getting higher and higher in Bangkok, I think there’s a big untapped market of older condo units which have the potential to be something great. Before I did my first project, I had the same concerns as many people about renovating. It was hard work, and I learned a lot. And, after seeing the results, it became a passion for me.
