The project included a full renovation of a 145 sqm 2 bed, 2 bath unit located in the heart of Nimmanhaemin Rd in Chiang Mai. It entailed changing the layout to create more light, opening the ceilings, designing a new kitchen, lighting, bathrooms and flooring as well as brick wall features and custom furniture. Also, a free standing bathtub was added to the master bedroom to allow space for an open shower. The concept was based on a clean modern loft design.
